Frantz Fanon La Oficina Regional en México de la Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung rinde un homenaje al revolucionario Frantz Fanon, a más de medio siglo de su muerte, al poner en manos de los lectores este conjunto de obras de y sobre este escritor cuyas ideas, a pesar de influido en el pensamiento revolucionario de los años sesenta y setenta, han sido injustamente desconocidas, hasta cierto punto, para la historia de la teoría política actual. La Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung es una fundación política alemana cercana al partido de izquierda Die Linke, que trabaja alrededor del mundo bajo los postulados de otra revolucionaria, de quien toma su nombre. INTERVENCIÓN DE CARLOS ALVARADO QUESADA, PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA DE COSTA RICA, EN LA VI CUMBRE DE LA COMUNIDAD DE ESTADOS LATINOAMERICANOS Y DEL CARIBE (CELAC) CELEBRADA EN LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO EL 18 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2021. Buenos días a todos, señor presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, señoras y señores, jefes de Estado y de Gobierno de la CELAC, señora Alicia Bárcena, secretaria ejecutiva de la CEPAL, señor Charles Michel, presidente del Consejo Europeo, cancilleres de los países miembros de la CELAC, amigas y amigos, Agradezco la hospitalidad del pueblo mexicano y del presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, han sido finos y extraordinarios, como es la costumbre de este hermoso país.
